Cal Halliburton has been in the financial services industry since 1994, beginning in mortgage finance and holding several management positions over the years. He started his financial advisory career in 1999 as a financial consultant at the corporate headquarters of Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta. His practice eventually evolved into comprehensive financial planning, specializing in retirement income planning for individuals and asset protection for business owners. Other specialized services include alternative investing and helping real estate investors convert their real estate into passively managed, institutional-quality, diversified real estate portfolios via 1031. Cal continues to be a student of the Endowment Model of Investing and is committed to promoting stewardship and risk-managed investing.
Born and raised in Macon, Cal earned BBA and MBA degrees from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and serves clients in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. He is life, health and disability insurance licensed in multiple states.
Cal lives in the Sandy Springs/North Buckhead area of Atlanta, where he is active in his church and community. He has been happily married since 2000 to his wife, Cathrine, and they have three children, Jack, Joe and Cate, who all love their yellow lab, Georgia. Cal enjoys spending time with his family and participating in many sports with his kids. He coaches several sports, plays basketball regularly, loves the outdoors and time on the water, and plays golf and skis when he can.
